Sales and delivery
|Orders without print||
Orders will be packed and shipped the same day, if the order is given before 11 am.
|Orders with print or mounting of transfer prints||Delivery time is 10 business days from the receipt of eligible print files.|
|Transfers (unmounted)||Delivery time is 5 business days from receipt of eligible print files.|
||Orders with direct print and transferring of transfers can, if necessary, be delivered within 6-9 business days. In special cases within 3-5 business days.|
|Prices||All prices are in EUR and excl. VAT and freight.|
|Administration fee||To sales under 65,- EUR (excl. shipping, VAT and added costs) an administration fee of 7,- EUR will be added.|
|Ordering||Orders can be made in our webshop or sent per mail to email@example.com|
|Changing an order||The forwarded order confirmation must be checked. If no objection has been made to this within 3 business days, we regard the order confirmtion as approved.|
|Cancelling an order||If an order is cancelled later than 3 business after receipt of order confirmation, Storm Textil will invoice full expenses related to the order.|
|Customer's own goods||Delivery of customer goods must be performed with a specified packing list that matches the order given. Controlling and counting customer goods are feed 0,25 EUR/pc.|
|Mounting of transfers||If mounting customer's own transfers Storm Textil will charge for min. 10 transfers.|
|Printing mistakes||If printing customers own goods, only the print is replaced.|
|Embroidery mistakes||If embroidering customers own goods, only the embroidery is replaced.|
|MOQ prints||Min. 10 pcs. will be invoiced.|
|Test print||10 pcs. in the appropriate printing price category + frames.|
|Repeat orders||Films will not be invoiced in case of repeat orders.|
|Repeat embroidery orders||1/2 price on initial costs in case of repeat embroidery orders.|
|NB Embroidery||After embroidery, tension marks from embroidery frame may occur on the fabric.
After embroidery, there may stay small leftover pieces of tear-away stabilizers on the fabric, which disappear after wash.
Colors and quality correspond to the approved test-embroidery – ask for it.
On customer-delivered goods, it may be necessary to make test embroidery on delivered goods.
The layout with position and size of embroidery must be approved by the customer before embroidering.
|Size||+/- 2 cm variation in sizes of textile products may occur.|
|Colors||The color of the print on fabric is not 100% identical to the color of the print on paper or the color on computer screen.|
|Washing||Textile products are recommended to be washed with quality detergent, at max. 40 °C and turned inside out, in order to maintain the quality of the fabric and the print.|
|Delivery||Ab Brønderslev, DK with post, GLS, UPS or truck.|
|Delivery time||Without print: from day to day, if order is given before 11 am.
With print: normally 10 business day from the receipt of complete order including print ready files.
|Quantities||With print orders it must b accepted that the quantity delivered can vary with +/- 3% compared to quantity ordered.|
|Express fees||Delivery time 3-5 business days: +0,14 EUR/pc, minimum 54,- EUR.
Delivery time 6-9 business days: +0,07 EUR/pc, minimum 34,- EUR.

|Claims||Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the goods. If the order confirmation has been approved, no claims can be made regarding prices, print placement, prints colours, or similar.|
